I am a private landlady with a small number of properties,
14 Bentley Road has a double bedroom in a 2 bed roomed apartment bathroom (£325 pcm all bills included) this is my best development and I live 5 minutes away.. The rest of the house has a utility room, kitchen (with 2 cooking areas), large lounge, central heating, WIFI, garden, parking and a cleaning lady comes once a week. The other residents are all working professionals 25+. 14 Bentley Road is in a conservation road (L8 0SZ), 1 minute walk from main bus route into city center (5 minutes on a good day), 5 minute car drive to center and 10 minute walk to popular Lark Lane.
