One double room with ensuite available in a fully refurbed, professional houseshare in the heart of Didsbury Village. Looking for people similar to ourselves..... we are 3 lads in our mid twenties who are laid back, with a wide variety of interests including gym, bars, socialising, cinema, gigs etc. The house has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen/diner, lounge and sepearte dining room. We have off rd parking for 4 cars, wireless internet, all mon cons + twice monthly cleaner. If it sounds like your cup of tea please get in contact. Only things, no pets, must be working, minimum 6 months. Rent is £325 pcm + bills (no more than £100/month).
