CONTRACTS;
Minimum 6 month agreement, then you can leave when you want!(subject to one month notice) its as simple as that.
WE PAY ALL THE BILLS.
All the hassle of paying the bills is no longer a bother, they don't even go to the property.
We also arrange weekly cleaning of all communal areas and provide a gardener and 24-hour maintenance.

first floor is a full bathroom with shower over bath, wash hand basin and toilet.

Mark, 24, is an Engineer for a National Company.
VIEWINGS
Mon-Fri 9 till 5pm
Monday and Wednesday evening 7. 30 till 8. 30pm.
