Preferred room and flatmate description
I have a Large Double Room on the top floor of my house available to rent. I spend much of my time in London and this house is just too big for two people. I have furnished it to the very highest standard and the bedrooms are furnished with a combination of Antique and Contemporary furniture which is a theme throughout the house.
The 2 rooms on the top floor have their own very large and high specification bathroom with both bath and separate shower.
The living area is large and open plan and features a new kitchen with again every toy required for the modern cook and dinner host!
I am lucky to have excellent outdoor space with furniture and barbeque ready for next summer.
I am looking for someone who will respect their privacy and also mine yet enjoy this lovely home. I am never here during the week and you will have the house to yourself with the other house mate during this time. When I am here I socialise in Didsbury Village and have lived here for nearly 20 years if you need any tips!
I am a very young hearted and sociable guy who spends most of his time training for a forthcoming Ironman event but I still love a sneaky pint or 2 so no anorak! I would like a genuine "Housemate" who can enjoy the house and get on well with both me and my house mate and friends.
