Preferred room and flatmate description

no bills. wfi. cosy room in relaxed spacious character flat. central, quiet area close to all forms transport in/out plymouth. fairly open-minded about age/gender/persuasion/job etc just so long as it works. sharing with me and my lovely chilled dog. i'm easy-going, clean, friendly/approachable but respect privacy. part time let also considered at cheaper rent for those not in area full time. An EX wildchild, my likes are; walking mutt in beautiful places, some sports, music, dance, staying in/going out. calm home environment, with occasional excitement! I'm quite busy so i'm not home glued to a sofa or tv too much. did the uni thing a few years ago. last 2 yrs working with autistic child in primary. tough, love it, very rewarding, but underpaid! calls to find out more v welcome after 4 p.m weekdays, anytime wkends. or email. noone's under pressure so it wont hurt to say hello :-) can i just stress that sadly the garden that my dog is in is NOT mine, so don't get too excited! i do not at this time have pics for flat, but will do shortly.
