Single fully furnished bedroom available in a very clean and tidy 3 bed terraced house. Enclosed south facing rear garden and off street parking to the front of the house with garage for use.
My property is situated near to Derriford hospital in north plymouth. My house has recently been re-furbished to a high standard. All building work and decoration has been completed. However, internally it is not 100% completed as yet but I am very nearly there.
House facilities include unlimited, TV / DVD / set top box, gas CH, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, fridge, freezer, microwave, gas hob and gas oven. Wet room style bathroom, with under-floor heating, there is also a downstairs toilet and the house is fully alarmed.
The room has just been completely re-decorated in a neutral colour, so is clean and bright.
Monthly rent includes utility bills; i.e. gas, electricity and Council tax.
