The other tenants are all male, aged between 25 years and 39 years of age and are fully employed. (Some have been there since the house opened in May 2010).
Rent is payable monthly in advance at £260 pcm + £7 for internet. One month's deposit is required. Ideally we're looking for mature, male over 35yrs professional.
