My house is situated in the Chester Green area of derby which is in the Darley Park conservation area. It is peaceful and give you great access to the park and river. As well as this it is a 10 min walk into the City centre.
The room available is a large Double which has been recently decorated. Within the house there is living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs and my bedroom and shared bathroom upstairs. The kitchen has fridge, washer and dishwasher. In addition to this there is a freezer in the cellar.
Outside I have a secure garden with a shed, the garden is great in the summer for alfresco eating etc...
