It is situated in the Five Lamps conservation area, close to Darley park and literally 5 minutes walk from Derby city centre. Fully furnished, with fully fitted kitchen providing washing machine, tumble drier, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, microwave, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. Bedrooms all fully furnished too. Very large bathroom with both bath and separate shower. Shared accomodation includes lounge, separate dining room, kitchen and outside utility. Monthly rent includes Council tax, all Utilities, TV licence and Broadband. On street parking. Room rate is £320 per calendar month. One is available from 5th feb and the other from the end of Feb.
