I live in a very Safe, Peaceful, Quiet and Leafy area of Manchester, overlooking a Golf Course and just a short Bus-ride into Manchester City Centre.
There's a shared Kitchen/Livingroom with all Mod-Cons, as well as a nice shared Bathroom.
My Monthly/Weekly Rates are Flexible to suit your needs/Proffessional Schedule: £80 for a Mon-Fri week, and £70 for a 4-day stay if preffered...
