We have a furnished double room about 5-10 mins walk from darlington centre.
The house is a beautiful 3 bed semi built in 1865 , with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 reception rooms and seperate dining room and kitchen. We have 2 medium size dogs, who can be quite lively but very friendly and also a well behaved... but talkative cat.
There are currently 3 of us in the house, my partner and myself own the house plus our current housemate who will be here untill the end of April. We are looking for someone who is friendly, fairly laid-back easy to get along with and reasonably tidy (but its not a show home) .
