I have a double room available in furnished new build apartment in Gipsy Hill (5mins from Crystal Palace) for £550 month(bills inc)
Location and Transport
The apartment is close to all amentities, local shops, bus stop (5min walk) Gipsy Hill station (5-10min walk) The bus takes you straight to Oxford Circus (30mins) via Brixton (10mins) The train takes you straight to London Bridge or Victoria (both 20min journeys.) It's easy to get around and that's all without the help of a tube!! Crystal Palace is a 5/10min walk away where there are plenty of vintage/art shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants to choose from. I am most certainly a Crystal Palace fan! (not the football team!)
The Building
The new build has a community atmosphere complete with shared gardens and playground area. The apartment has two bedrooms, a very large living room/kicthen combined and is kept in mint condition by yours truely. My favourite feature of the apartment is the beautiful views from the balcony/rooftop. It comes complete with a full view of an array of Crystal Palace rooftops and skyline stretching out into the city, The London eye and mesmerising London lights and starry sky. :) Perfect.
The Tenant
You will be sharing with myself, Daniella. I am a 32 year old teacher who enjoys travelling, writing, filmaking and socialising. I am laid back and easy going and am open to people from all walks of life. I do like to keep the apartment presentable so would need a flatmate who shares teh same values and cleans up after themselves. Ideally, I would like to rent short term however may consider longer if necessary.
