I live in a terraced house in Crownhill, Plymouth. It is reasonably quiet here and there is good access into the city centre. It is also not far to Derriford Hospital and the Peninsula Medical School and also the College of St Mark and St Johns. I have a double room to let-furnished and also use of a spare room which has internet access in. I work full time and would be looking for someone who perhaps doesn't want to do a student share house any more, or really just wants to be a little more independant.
