The house is situated close to local shops pubs and restaurants. 10 mins walk to crossgates train station 20 yards from a bus stop buses run every 10 mins into town and take between 10 and 15 mins.
There are 3 girls and boy living in the house at the moment from 20 to 28.
The house is just off the A 63 and 1 mile from junction 46 on the M1.
