Preferred room and flatmate description
I have 4 rooms available in a 5 bed house on parkview terrace.
Three rooms are double rooms on the first floor.
The other is a large room on the top floor with a jack and gill bathroom
The house has a large living room a large kitchen dinner that has all modern aplliance's witch includes a 900mm range cooker, microwave, washer, dryer etc
The rooms vary in price from £260 to £280 this includes council tax , water, and TV licence 2 tvs are provided.
The garden consists of lawned area with a raised decked area.
Their is also secure parking available..
The house is situated close to local shops pubs and restaurants. 10 mins walk to crossgates train station 20 yards from a bus stop buses run every 10 mins into town and take between 10 and 15 mins.
There are 3 boys and girl living in the house at the moment.
The house is just off the A 63 and 1 mile from junction on the M1.
