Hi,

I'm Ben my housemate is moving out on the 16th of November. My other housemate Kyle and I need a replacement! The house is your standard 3 bed terrace situated just past the main shops in crookes (next to the petrol garage) its well kept in a good location next to local pubs, restaurants and take aways. The available room is big double room in the attic with a single bed, wardrobe chest of draws etc. theres plenty of room for a double bed.we have wireless broadband, freeview etc. Street parking is plentiful. Were both pretty chilled out but like a good night out and a drink at the weekend! We get on well in the house and share all the crap jobs. We are 23 and 25 and both work 9-5ish. I have been living here 4 years now and everyone that has lived here has loved it, lads or lasses are welcome. the landlord is great and keeps the house modernised including a new kitchen last year.

The rent is 240 a month plus bills which come to around 60 a month available on the 16th of November
