Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi,

We have a furnished room in a semi detached house ready for rent (One is ready immediately, another will be ready on 31st July). The property has 5 bedrooms with a living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens to share. It is equipped with wireless internet connection and landline phone service (Both Orange service), and a TV connected with skybox.

Our property is in Cricklewood, which is within the boundary of zone 2 (The national rail station Cricklewood is in zone 3, but the nearest tube station Willesden Green, which is 10 mins walk away, is still within zone 2). We are just a few blocks away from the High Street, but it is rather quiet as few cars pass by. There are 2 major supermarkets and a number of convenience stores, cafes, takeaways, and several major stores (Argos, B&Q etc). Some of the stores operate 24 hours a day (Even on Sunday!). If you want to do any shopping, you can do whenever you want.

We are looking forward to a young but mature person to move in. Sexual orientation and gender are not an issue. All our housemates are professionals (4 males, between 26-33, working in Accounting, Government and Education), and we are all eager to have a nice chat and socialise. Sometimes we will watch DVDs together and play some WII games (from Mario Kart to Guitar Hero 3, but we are prepared to tune down the volume when we are playing!) Meanwhile we will also respect our privacy: If you want to stay quiet, we will not disturb you.

The rent of the house will be £395 per month excluding bills. The bills will be shared among our housemates and the total amount of bills stands at £62 per person per month.
