To make life easy, the price is all inclusive, so no further worries during the month, as all bills (electric, water, council tax, etc.) are included in the rent. If you are moving from a more distant location, use of bedding and towels can be included in the rent too.
The house is close to Southampton General and Princess Anne Hospital (10 min walk), with easy access to all transport routes(under 5 min to the motorway), train station, city centre and university. All local amenities within easy walking distance inclusive of nearby bus stop.
