Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi, I am currently living in this beautiful room in St. Clements. I am finishing Uni and try to find a substitue for myself who would like to move in my room from 21.12.09 .

The house is very big and Modern and lies in the heart of St. Clements. It is a double bedroom, with double bed, desk, walking wardrobe and En-suite bathroom.

The house has a dishwasher and also a dryer. Furthermore there is a hugh garden and a big room in the basement for storage.

The house is to share with 3 very friendly students from Brookes and Oxford Uni.

There are two parking spaces in front of the house. In case you don't need it we can rent it out and earn some money towards the bills.

The internet is already set up and there is a big TV and a Sky box in the living room.

The rent is 440 but how i said there is not so much to pay for the bills since we get money for the parking space.

You can move in already at the 21.12.09 but start paying from January. The contract goes for 6 months but if you like to stay longer there is the possibility to do so.
