Preferred room and flatmate description

I currently have 1 lovely single furnished room for rent overlooking the front of the house, available Nov 20th, it has a single bed, built in wardrobe, and a bedside cabinet. It is £300 per month inclusive of all bills (gas, electric, council tax, water, TV license and super fast wireless broadband). The house is on a very quiet residential road away from any through traffic, but just two minute walks from the through route with a bus stop for easy access into Oxford centre, and just a 10 minute walk from the BMW factory where the Mini is made. There is driveway parking for a single car, however there is no problem parking on the road with no parking restrictions. Access to anywhere in Oxford from the house if you do cycle is easy, and there is garage space for a bike. There are 4 bedrooms in the house. The house is maintained to a high standard and suits professionals who enjoy living in a clean and tidy house with great access to the centre but with the benefits of being in a quieter neighbourhood. For the benefit of all of the house-mates, we are seeking non smokers and cannot accommodate pets.
