There is a garden with decking/BBQ area, and 2 large sheds, both locked and security alarmed.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED; (Gas, Electric, Water, TV licence, Council Tax, Sky, and 10MB Wireless Broadband). There are no hidden costs, just buy some food and help out with the cleaning. This is why the rent is priced as it is.
