Short term lodgings available for approx 4 to 6 weeks in one double bed en-suite loft room within my 3 bed detached 'cottage style' property in Upwey. It is available from mid June 2013 and lies just off the main road, midway between Weymouth and Dorchester. Quiet location, off street parking, 3 x WC's, one en-suite, integrated kitchen appliances, entertainment studio etc etc. Fully furnished with recent refurbishment and quality fittings. All areas and facilities are available for lodgers. I am looking for a friendly, respectful couple or single persons to enjoy the property, treating it as their own home in my absence. Cost is £400 pcm for single occupancy and £550 for a couple. The local area is beautiful and surrounded by open fields. A lovely village type community exists, largely revolving around the pub some 50 yards across the road. The house would best suit busy working professional people with plenty of interests. This is my own home but I work away most of the week. The place has a quieter atmosphere but there is plenty happening around the house in a friendly environment.
