Hi, The property in question is four years old and built to a very high specification. It has private courtyard parking for 4 cars. Patio. Garden. Sky TV. Broadband. The kitchen is fitted with washer, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer.
It is close to Train (10 min walk) Bus/amenities/pubs/restaraunts (5 min walk). The property is situated within the conservation area close to the Castle and church. The neighbourhood is quite but still has a reasonable night life on Friday and Saturday.
I am looking for people with a sense of community. If you are a party animal this will not be for you.
