I have two rooms in my property in Conisbrough which are available for rent thereis a single bedroom withbuilt in wardrobes and drawers, bed, TV point, curtains and I supply new bed linen every time I rent the rooms out...the single room is £285.00 per month. There is also a double bedroom with the same which is £400.00 per month for doubl occupancy and £350.00 per month for single occupancy. i also have a single room for rent at £285.00 per month. There is a large kitchen with seating area and a large separate dinning room with TV, computer and seating area . There is a living room with free view TV, computer access, stereo, DVD and video player. The bathroom is shared and houses a separate shower, end of bath wall mounted TV.
Rent includes all bills excluding telephone bill. You do have access to my computer although if you have your own and wanted to invest in a wireless router you could have free Internet access in your own room via the downstairs computer. there is a lovely lawned garden to both the front and rear, there is a decked area with table and chairs, TV and plenty of hammocks to relax in. the front of the property is secure and accessible using a keyless code lock.
The property is on a quiet cull de sac with ample car parking space. the property is monitored by recording security camera's. It is within 10 mins drive of M1, M18, and A1M and 15-20 mins away from Doncaster and 30 mins from Rotherham. Doncaster airport is about a 20 minute drive away. High Melton collages is a 10-min drive away. The village itself has a supermarket and ample shops providing all possible needs. The Dearne Valley leisure centre is a 3-minute drive away. I work at Ventura in wath upon Dearne.
I have had three housemates in the last 2 years and all have enjoyed their time here and have remained firm friends. I am easy going, firm but fair, and whilst this is my home I also appreciate that it would be yours too and respect that fact. I am looking for people who would treat this as their home and make use of the whole house and not just feel they should be room bound.
The room can be viewed immediately, and is available to rent immediately and will be newly decorated and spotlessly clean. £150.00 returnable bond is required and min rental is 6 months including two months notice of intention to leave. MUST BE NON-SMOKER!!!!!!!!
