The property is in a quiet cul de sac on the bus route to Leeds City Centre and 5 minutes from the M1 Motorway network. There might be the possibility of using the smaller bedroom as an office or lounge at a small cost negotiable. Whilst I prefer a female living in I do already have a partner so don`t worry! The room would suit a professional but again open to discussion. There is a seperate bathroom for your own use also.
