We have a large Edwardian house in Colne Lancs.
There are 2 bedrooms for rent one being an en-suite which is £80 per week the smaller £60 this includes all bills.
We also have two small dogs and a very friendly cat.
We are a very friendly and informal household.
It is a no smoking household, there is lots of parking at the side of the house as it's a private unadopted road.
There is also a large dinning kitchen and utility room, a large front room and 2 patio areas.
We are a lesbian couple so would prefer female or gay housemates.
