I have a large double room available in the New Town area, which is a 8 min walk to the station. It is furnished with double bed, chest of draws, and wardrobe.
Ground floor bathroom and broadband
I work long hours and also have a horse, so out of the house alot, so looking for someone that is quiet and considerate and must like living with a cat!
Happy to do short or long term lets or Mon to fri and adjust the rent accordingly.
