Hi we are a very friendly family (we’re all vegetarian ) and we have a good sized single room to offer in our warm, comfortable and friendly home.
We hope to let to a vegetarian female; Must be non smoking please.

This is extremely comfortable accommodation in our family home. It’s a nice place to stay, we're in the Blackford/Cluny area, and we’re well situated in terms of the University with a direct bus to Edinburgh University at George Square in around 20 minutes, and a short walk to the Kings Buildings.
Rent £490 per month. This will include all bills, heating, Cable TV, Broadand etc there will be no additional bills to pay.
Please note its vegetarian cooking only. It is possible that we could also provide breakfast and an evening meal by agreement if required.
