We have a lovely double room with study space available in our home - a modern detached house in a nice, quiet residential area within walking distance of Nottingham Trent University - Clifton Campus. Close to transport links and Junction 24 of M1 and airport. City centre approx. 20 mins by bus. Double bed with single bed above, wardrobe, drawers and desk. We are a very friendly and easy-going married couple and our own 2 daughters are living away from home now (one working in London and one away at Uni during term-time). Would suit one student/two students sharing or student couple looking to live with a nice family and benefit from the added security of homestay. All bills included and unlimited use of wireless internet. Bed linen provided. Breakfast and evening meals can be arranged for an additional £30 p/w per person and room rent would be increased to £120 per week for two sharing. We have 2 cats and a small dog on her last legs! We have had many students stay with us over the years - some didn't want to leave! *(We also have a small single room available and short stays are fine if room is vacant.)
