The house is maintained to the highest standards of security and safety.
There are 3 large bedrooms and a communal bathroom on the first floor and two large bedrooms, one with ensuite facilities on the ground floor.
The house enjoys a garden to the front and a very large garden to the rear which are regularly maintained. There is a very large and well equipped Kitchen Diner and the house benefits from wireless internet access.
The house is situated only 5 minutes walk from the Nottingham Trent University and the same from major roads, shops, bus services & amenities in Clifton. There are regular bus services in and out of Nottingham with a convenient stop situated at the end of the street from the house.
The house has been very well looked after by all previous tenants and requires people who will continue to take pride in where they live.
Viewing is highly recommended as there are few houses that are as well kept as this.
