Preferred room and flatmate description

We have a nice, bright, furnished (unfurnished if you prefer) double bedroom available in a fully furnished, immaculate house. All the house is newly done up – new kitchen, wooden floors etc. and safe, on-street car parking is available. The bedroom is carpeted and the furniture consists of a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It’s by the desirable Chimney Pot Park regeneration area in Salford. The rent, which includes council tax, is £262 per calendar month - the returnable deposit is £300. The rest of the bills come to about £30 - £35 each per month. Currently living here is Kenneth (23), a chef from Norway: he came over to the UK and moved in 3 months ago. Just moved in last month is Stephan (25), a postgraduate student studying acoustic at Salford University. He’s into music (he plays the guitar, but isn’t a noisy housemate though) and watching films . It's really easy to get to the city centre from the house – all buses are 2 minutes away. The local shops (Tescos, Boots, main Post Office, New Look etc) are 5 minutes walk away & there’s also a great, fresh veggie market 3 times a week. If you hang out in the city centre bars / clubs and can’t be bothered with late night buses & trams – a taxi costs about £6/£7 to get you home in the early hours. For all the medics out there Hope Hospital is only a couple of bus stops away (10 minutes – costs roughly £1.20). The tram stop for town & Salford Quays is 12 mins walk away & for shopping, or if you work there, the Trafford Centre is 25 mins away by bus.
