I'M looking for a flatmate. As you can see the flat is in a great location. The room is a large size single or small double. The room has a double bed. Double fitted wardrobe with storage above. A small chest of drawers and a shelf unit. There is also a tv which i'm in the process of connecting to freesat.

The rent includes all bills. The flat overlooks parkland and the river lee.Its really quiet no traffic and sometimes a little train noise -but mainly only the narrow boats on the river. There are also boats moored outside the flat. Its opposite the lee valley park,and walthamstow marshes. The flat is in a quiet block of 12 flats most of the other residents are retired so its not ideal for party animals. There are also plenty of places to cycle and run,or just a walk its ideal for anything outdoors as there is ice skating, horse riding and golf all available very close by. There are also 2 rowing clubs a few mins away. The flat has 2 bedrooms,a lounge,kitchen and bathroom. The lounge has a sofa,dining table and a wireless broadband and a telephone with a free call package. There is a large screen tv with a tv package which includes espn and eurosport there is also a good quility hifi/surround sound. The kitchen has electric cooker,microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. There are ample plates saucepans etc. In the bathroom there is a toilet,bath/electric shower. The flat is fully furnished.The flat has most things that you will need,and you will have full use of the lounge etc.. A parking space is available for no extra charge,which is off road and there is secure cycle storage. The flats are covered by cctv with video entry. Public transport is available within 10/15 mins walk. Buses are between 5 and 10 mins walk away and go to london bridge,smithfield, oxford circus,camden town,euston amd aldgate are all served by regular buses,including night buses. The train is a 10/15 min walk then only 12 mins to liverpool st and its every 20mins off peak and more peak time,so you can be in liverpool street within 30mins max of leaving the flat!. The flat is in zone 2. The bus takes 45/55 mins peak time to most detinations. The Night buses are 38 and 55 and these are approx every 10/15 mins as well. Buses can also be taken to get to hackney or highbury corner for the london over ground. Or to manor house/finsbury park for the pic/ victoria line. There is a small shop and a doctors 5mins walk away and ok takeaways and other shops 10/15mins away at the top of the road. In stoke newington there are good resturants and a large morrisons supermarket- 10/15 mins on the 393 bus. There is also a sainsburys and asda close by. There is a ok pub 5/10 mins walk away which is next to the river. There is also a nice cafe next to the river down at the local marina. The area is really quiet as its a cul de sac so no through traffic on a small complex of all private flats and houses. The flat is directly next to the river lee a door leads directly onto the tow path and overlooks walthamstow marshes-which even has cattle on-not bad for london! I've been here for several years and i think its a great area to live. I'm a police officer in central london so i work shifts which are currently early,lates and nights., Dont worry i dont bring my work home with me! I'm very friendly and can get on with most people and i would like a friendly and relaxed person either male or female to share. I'm aged 47 but hopefully i dont always act that old. When i'm not working i like to go out and enjoy myself, i like going for meals, to the pub etc, also staying in to watch tv etc. My favorite area is covent garden.I also like reading,going for walks and cycling,museums and the threatre,just about anything really!
