Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi all! I'm a 29 year-old postdoc (molecular biology) starting to work in Edinburgh in January 09. My lab is situated in Little France, next to the Royal Infirmary and I would prefer to live nearby (Mayfield), but a different, well-connected area might be fine as well. Originally, I'm from Austria, but I have been living in Italy during the past 6 years. After happy flatsharing during this time, it would be nice to repeat the experience in Edinburgh! I'm an open, easy-going person, always happy to meet new people, very tidy and organized and don't smoke. I speak German, English, Italian, and a tiny bit of French. I would need the room for approximately 1 year. It can be small, but should be clean, and my flatmates should be past the "crazy partying" age, but not past the age of being fun (I guess there's no age limit for that! :) ).
