The property is just opposite ALDGATE UNDERG. STATION; 5minutes WALKING from LIVERPOOL STR, TOWER HILL, BANK and BRICK LANE. NIGHT BUSES (N25, N15, N50, N8 etc).
The price for the room is £226 per week (£980 per month), including all bills except the electricity (about £25 x head per month on winter time). Expenses included in the price are; water; electricity; council tax and also Internet wireless broadband.
Moreover, (included in the price) a professional cleaner will come once per week in order to clean the whole flat.
