The location is great - ideal for the White Rose Centre and Motorways.

There is parking available but it is a little tight. For those without a car there is a bus stop with a route into Leeds situated right outside of the house.

Anyone who has lived in shared houses before will really appreciate that the house also benefits from a weekly cleaner and we even maintain the garden for you.

The rent for the room is £350 pcm which includes all the bills and a £350 bond is required.

The room wont be available until the 6th December 2009 but you are welcome to view and can reserve the room upon receipt of the £350 bond payment.
