Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi there, I am a 27 year old female professional looking for a flatmate (preferably female) to share a fantastic and spacious modern apartment in Chorlton. My current flatmate is moving back to Germany in December.

The flat is in an amazing location in centre of Chorlton, near to all shops, bars, cafes, supermarkets etc and has great transport links to the City Centre.

The flat is very modern and fully furnished to a very high standard. It consists of a large open plan lounge & dining area and a lovely modern kitchen. And one huge bathroom! It is equipped with all mod cons (including dishwasher, washer dryer) There is also underground parking available (I don't drive so the space is yours!) The room itself is very spacious and modern with lovely new (matching!) furniture and a double bed. Rent is 375 pcm plus bills.

About me... I'm a sociable, easy-going, considerate, clean & tidy person. I work quite long hours with my job so enjoy chilling out during the week, going swimming/gym, although I do like the occasional after work drinks! Weekends, I love socialising & going out with friends, shopping (especially for shoes!) and chilling out with a glass of wine (or few) in front of the tv! I am looking for a like-minded flatmate to share this fantastic apartment with.
