Hi there, I am looking for a niece, friendly, quiet person to share a beautifull, quiet flat in chorlton with. The flat has its own garden, which i spent a year tidying up and its now perfect for bbq or just sit and chill. The room available has a double bed, desk and shelfing, built in wardrobe. The livingroom has a active phone and digitalbox tv. We are 5 minutes from Chorlton waterpark and chorlton park. M60 is easy accessible and so is chorlton busstation, which is around the corner. I really need a chilled, and very tidy person, as that was the issue with my last housemate. I am currently a PGCE Student and as this is very demanding I need someone reliable.
