    We have a couple of rooms available right in the centre of Chorley on a quiet road. Located 2 minutes from the bus station and 3 minutes from the train station. This is a great house for ALL town centre amenities such as Spar, shopping, banks and takeaways! Rents includes all bills (Council Tax, cleaner, window cleaner etc) except a share of the gas and electric (pre-paid on meters). Washer and dryer included. Private yard to rear for BBQs! Parking is available right outside the house. Most of the rooms have BT or cable and all have aerial sockets.
