I have a lovely sized double bedroom with ensuite bathroom available in my house situated on the outskirts of Chippenham town. The bedroom is furnished with a single bed (you can bring your own double), bedside table, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. However it wont be a problem if you'd like to bring your own furniture. There is WiFi access, off street parking and a garden. The house is ideally situated for easy access to the M4 and walking distance to town and the train station.
You will be sharing the house with me - a 33 year old professional female. I'm an easy going fun person who is clean and tidy. I dont have any pets. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which is really great! There's a kitchen/diner and a nice sized living room.
Rent includes bills excluding the telephone.
