There are three large bathrooms which comprise of W.C, sink. and quality shower enclosure. Each bathroom has been thoughtfully designed to allow every tenant to have their own under counter cupboard for toiletries. Every tenant only shares the bathroom with one other housemate.

The huge kitchen on the ground floor has a beautiful oak table which sits eight and a TV. There are two fridges/freezers, oven, microwave, toaster & kettle. We have provide individual crockery, cutlery & quality pans and there is a utility room with commercial washing machine and separate dryer.

There is also a large TV room with leather sofas and 50" plasma screen TV with full Sky HD movies & sport package.

The house is minutes from the M62 providing easy access for Manchester & Warrington. It is five minutes walk from Broadgreen train station and is well served by local buses.There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance and Allerton Road is a few minutes drive (or £3 in a taxi) where you find dozens more bars & restaurants. Tesco is a few minutes drive away and the city centre is ten minutes away. Broadgreen and Alder Hey hospital is a few minuts away. Liverpool Airport and Speke is ten minutes away.

The house is currently let to working professionals doctor aged 25-45. All housemates are very friendly & sociable yet respect each others privacy.

The rent is £130 per week Inclusive of utility bills (i.e.gas, electric, water, council tax) , TV Licence, HD SKY movies & sports and daily cleaning. The rent also includes high speed broadband, Freesat & DAB in every room. We require references and It is strictly no smoking in all bedrooms and communal areas. We are looking for tidy, professional tenants who will appreciate this very desirable property. Sorry, no pets are allowed and the house is not suitable for children. We do not accept DSS.
