I'm looking for a nice friendly person to rent one of my spare rooms out to.
The room I will be renting is a double room with a double bed and desck in it.
The area is lovely with great local shops, banks and a couple of great friendly food focussed pubs a short walk away too.
The house is also just a few minutes away from two great parks, one of which being the memorial park.
It's silent here at night time too, no noisy roads, also not too far by bike to the Uni, jaguar, and seven trent. plus only six miles from Leamington , Kenilworth, and Warwick
