I haver a double room for rent in from Jan 07 2012, can be earlier but needs to be after 27th December 2011. I work away from Cov therefore only in the house weekends and maybe the occasional weekday, you will more or less have the whole house to yourself. Only thing is I am pregnant and due to give birth in Feb 2012. When baby is 7months old, baby will be in Scotland therefore the house will remain quiet again. I am looking for someone who is responsible, look after and respect people belongings.
For COUPLES, I require an additional £100 for the rent, all inclusive.
