you also have your own sink cooker and fridge in your bedsit.suit students and workers, singles couples and friends.only £60 per week. which is only £260 per calendar month. bond is £250 and notice is 2 months either way. we pay the water rates, the council tax, the communal lighting and the hot water in the bathrooms. you just pay for electric used in your room for which there is a key meter. your heating is newly installed electric radiators with special room stats to improve safety and give both optimum warmth and energy cost savings . the house has upvc double glazing and has been recarpetted and painted and there is a new electric shower in the bathroom
there is also a large double room, again recently refitted which can accomodate 2 persons and the room is £300 for the month. you just pay the electric to the room and a self contained studio with own kitchen/diner and bathroom at £350 per month
