There's one single room left for rent: Really good rates as i'm looking to just cover expenses rather than make a profit.
Most rooms are bills included but no Council Tax. Looking for around £290 WITH Council tax & Water Rates which is around £1100 & £500 on their own per Year, Personally it just Saves hassle of paying it all separately and gives you peace of mind!
Gas is extra but we only spend very little, roughly £2.50 each for a week or 2. Same with electricity, about the £10-15 mark each per Quarter!
Property is fully furnished with Sky Internet. Also My Parents will be pumping extra money into the house as and when, Just had living room re-done (New Couch to follow) Laminate in the Study etc. In process of having the whole kitchen re-fitted within the next couple of weeks, modern appliances and such, also a brand new carpet is being put down on the hall and stairs within the next 3 weeks (Kitchen First so new Carpet wont get ruined with Dust/Debris)
It has a nice sized Garden with Patio, Shed & Pond at the bottom. Ample parking for 2/3 cars available but Roughly a 15 minute walk at most from University and 20-25 from Chester City Centre.
I'm a really easy going guy and don't take life too seriously. House is always clean and look after it well. I'm a young professional who works at the Chester Business Park for MBNA/Bank of America, although i've Been at University so like to have a good time too!
