Preferred room and flatmate description

I'm looking for a double room close to the city center. I'm 20 years old and am returning to education at Yale college studying music technology for 2 years. I have the financial backing from my parents, who will be acting as guarantors, as they are in control of my savings.

Since leaving school I have worked in a big high-street retail store where I reached a supervisor role.

I am looking for a room where I can study and maybe have a couple of friends round now and again. I'm clean and tidy and I've rented property before so I know what is required of a tenant. I am looking for a long term rent; at least 24 months.
