The house is three miles south of Chester, with an easy commute to Chester Business Park, Wrexham and Broughton (all within a 10 min drive). The house is on the main Chester-Wrexham bus route.
We have an en-suite double room available, with plenty of private parking and safe storage space for bikes, motorbikes etc.
All bills are included in the rent, this includes wireless broadband, and Sky plus tv.
Other housemates are a mix of male and female, between 33 and 47, all professionals. The house is very sociable, but large enough to have your own space when needed.
