Preferred room and flatmate description
We have a double room available in a cosy, newly refurbished house in Cheltenham, near the twon centre. We are two young professionals who have recently moved into the property and are looking for a housemate with similar interests. We enjoy socialising, watching tv with a glass of wine, shopping, going to the cinema and enjoying nights out aswell as nights in.
The room comes fully furnished and is a reasonably sized room with a double bed. The house is furnished with a washing machine, tumble drier and two fridge freezers, aswell as a communal area with a tv and sky.
The rent includes water, gas, electricity and sky. However there is a small charge for council tax and broadband.
