Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi there.....I'm moving down to Cheltenham to start working for a large well respected local employer in the centre of town and am looking for somewhere to live which is no more than 10 miles from the city centre or 20 mins drive time. If you have a sunny garden away from the town centre with car, parking and are situated somewhere fairly quiet and would like to share with someone who will be working predominantly office hours, is a house owner who just happens to have relocated and wants to share for at least 6 months, is considerate, tidy and respectable then please contact me. Ideally I'd be looking to have either en suite facilities or exclusive use of a bathroom/toilet. I'm prepared to pay up to £450 a month. Many thanks. Rob
