The first floor has a spacious living room which leads out onto a balcony area where you can smoke if you like.It also has two bedrooms one and the other an ensuite bedroom which is available to rent the monthly rent is £425 inclusive of all bills.The secound floor has two bedrooms and a family bathroom,including a cleaner, the deposit of £425 is required.
The top floor houses the master bedroom(ensuite) the main bathroom shared by two people,and two further bedrooms.
