Spacious double room to rent in St Marks area of Cheltenham in newly refurbished shared house. Driveway parking, gch, internet, modern refurbishment, shared bathroom. Room has double bed, chest of drawers, curtains and wardrobe/ storage cupboard. Nice Garden at rear with patio for bbq's etc.
Good transport links. 20 minute walk to town centre and 15 min to train station. Bus stops are very near. House is in West side of town 5 mins from GCHQ, Gloscat College and M5 motorway.
