About Me
I am a 32 year old female, owner of the house. Originally from Hertfordshire but moved to Cheltenham 14 months ago for my new job.
I like keeping fit and go to the gym most mornings before work, if I finish work on time I like to socialize with friends, go to yoga/pilates classes, chillout in front of the TV , listen to music, watch a DVD or read. I like to cook but not very adventurous as cooking for one is very limiting!
At the weekend I would happily stay in and chill or meet up with friends for a social drink or meal especially in country pubs. I like going for walks to make most of the Cotswold countryside or weekends away that have some element of adventure or something new to try. I like going to cinema, theatre & concerts.
Current lodger in the double room is a 29yr old spanish guy, alos has similar interests to me.
House mate requirements
A MATURE, considerate person who is looking for a place to stay during the week and is more than welcome to be sociable during the evening, its a house share not room only offer.
Also, someone who will treat the house as it was their own i. e. not as a student let so it is important that you will tidy up after yourself and help keep the place clean & tidy.
I will require a deposit of 2 weeks pay, rent to be paid upfront and 2 weeks notice if you wish to leave.
References – 1 from current employment and 1 from previous landlord/agency.
